TICKETS: Tickets for ICS students and any guests MUST be purchased online by WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15 at 3:00 PM. Tickets are $75 per person and will be handed out prior to the event. Every student and guest MUST have a purchased ticket to enter the event. Refunds will not be given after APRIL 15, 2025.
GUESTS: Limit ONE guest per ICS student. Guests may include any student of high school age or someone who is no more than 1 year out of high school. Guest form must be completed and submitted to the HUB for approval NO LATER than WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8 at 3 pm. Purchase your guest ticket AFTER you have received approval of your guest form (attached to Parent Square post).
LOCATION: Museum of the Bible 6th floor, 400 4th Street SW Washington DC. You will pass through security upon entering. Main entrance doors open at 6:45 pm and no late admittance into the building after 7:30 pm. Once you exit the venue at the end of the evening there is no re-entry.
Colonial public parking garage is available for student drivers at 321 Virginia Ave SW – take elevators to ground floor and exit office building by Gold’s Gym to walk to MOTB main entrance (extra cost). Staff will be available to help direct you to the main entrance of the MOTB.
Students may also use the metro and get off at Federal Center SW stop (extra cost). Free street parking is available at the museum after 6 pm.
FORMAL ATTIRE: Dress code requirements are listed below. Anyone who does NOT comply with dress code requirements risks being sent home. NO EXCEPTIONS.
BOYS – Formal/special occasion suit OR tuxedo and dress shoes
- NO slides
- NO jeans or t-shirts
- NO baseball hats
GIRLS – Formal/special occasion full length dress or pantsuit/jumpsuit
- NO strapless attire; neckline should not be lower than 3” from the collarbone (width of your hand)
- NO backless dresses, no back seam lower than mid back
- NO cutouts, mesh or sheer panels, or slits higher than the knee
**Students who choose NOT to abide by the above standards may risk being denied entry to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are concerned with your attire choices, please confirm with Ms. Reno ahead of time. All attire standards must be followed by students AND guests.
