Frequently Asked Questions About Tuition & Financial Aid
1 Payment: After the enrollment deposit, the balance of tuition and fees is collected through FACTS by May 15th.
2 Payments: After the enrollment deposit, the balance of tuition and fees is collected through FACTS in two
payments, May 15th and January 15th. The first payment is due with deposit if enrolling after May 15th.
Monthly Payments Ending in March or Ending in May:
Monthly installments begin in June, prior to the start of the school year. Regular tuition installments are not collected in February as this month is when re-enrollment deposits are due.
Tuition deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. After July 1, the required deposit will be 20% of net tuition.
Yes, a 529 plan can be used for up to $20,000/year per student. Click here for more information.
Assistance awards may range from 5% to a maximum of 50% of the tuition amount. No other discounts will be applied for students receiving Tuition Assistance; Tuition Assistance applies to tuition only.
The School Board Financial Aid Committee reviews all applications and uses analysis from a tuition management company for assessment as well as supporting documentation in making decisions. Information is kept confidential. Assistance is based on a family’s financial need as well as available funding. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide Tuition Assistance to every applicant.

Apply for confidential processing of Tuition Assistance online at FACTS Tuition Management and submit ALL required items by the deadline. Required documentation includes: tax return and supporting documents from the immediately preceding calendar year, as well as detailed asset and expense information.
The application can be started and saved for later completion and submission. A $45 processing fee is collected at the time of application submission.
There is a priority application deadline of January 12. Financial aid applications received after this date may not qualify for an award.
New families who apply by the Priority Deadline should receive their decision upon enrollment acceptance; decisions for returning families will be sent out at re-enrollment.
