To Download or Print Your Tickets
1. Find the receipt email from: No-reply@smallvenueticketing.com
2. Click the “View My Receipt” button to connect to your ticket page.
3. Find the menu bar on the right of the page. Download your tickets to print them or save digitally.
4. The menu on your receipt page will also allow you to send individual tickets to different people in your party via email and also to assign tickets to different people in the same order. This can be helpful to avoid having to wait for everyone in your group before entering.
General Info:
- Don’t forget to PRINT or DOWNLOAD your tickets ahead of time! This will help the line move much more quickly. We will be scanning every ticket.
- All sales will be handled through DRT (a third-party platform). The school is not involved in managing sales, exchanging tickets, or refunding money.
- Tickets are non-refundable, though you are welcome to sell or exchange your tickets on your own. If you don’t end up using all the tickets you have purchased, please make them available on Parent Square, as our shows are likely to see out.
- Doors open 30 minutes before each performance.
- The show run time is approximately 2.5 hours, including a 20-minute intermission.
- Light concessions and show t-shirts will be sold during intermission.
- If you require Assisted Seating, please choose a seat in Rows AA or AAA and companion seats as needed. We will remove a chair to make space for wheelchairs as needed.
- Parking is available on-site.
