Wednesday Fun Lunch
Wednesday Fun Lunches for K-8 students and Main Campus staff are provided by Subway, Chick-fil-A, Papa John’s Pizza and Malek’s Restaurant. We alternate vendors weekly. This program is made possible by the faithful efforts of our Lunch Coordinator and her many volunteers.
Fun Lunch works on a semester basis: choose your options for each vendor and place your order once per semester, then receive your selections on the delivery dates shown. Condiments, a small dessert and bottled water are provided.
The Wednesday Fun Lunch Order Form below will be available until August 30, 2019 and all orders for the upcoming semester must be placed by that date. Please be sure to enter the correct grade and section (A or B) for each student’s order!
Please remember that all orders are non-refundable and order choices cannot be changed once submitted. The first semester lunch delivery dates are September 11, 2019 to January 15, 2020. Every effort will be made to reschedule lunch for classes that miss one of these lunch dates due to a school field trip. Items that are ordered for Fun Lunches may contain milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts (for example, walnuts, pecans, almonds, and cashews), fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination or food-sharing, we cannot guarantee that any of our snacks are safe to consume for students with food allergies. ICS does not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at any Fun Lunch event. Please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have concerns about Fun Lunches and your child’s allergies.

IMPORTANT: If you choose not to complete payment after submitting your form, there is no way to save and return to your form entries; you will need to start over.
