Serve-A-Thon 2018 – Serve by Giving!
Serve-A-Thon community service projects are completed, but there is still work to do. Every grade has successfully completed an area of service to our community. Each ICS class, supported by valuable parent volunteers, did a GREAT job cleaning, planting, reading, packing, drawing, writing notes of encouragement and praying for each other these last three weeks! We hope our students learned how much fun it can be to serve the Lord by serving others.
But, we can’t stop now! We have until October 31 to SERVE by GIVING!
- Remember to send out the link to the Team Fundraising pages so family and friends can support and encourage the classes. This year our team goals are $3,500 per class and $70,000 school-wide. Also, don’t forget that you can add a note of encouragement to your student that will scroll on the team page.
- Click here for more information about Serve-A-Thon 2018.
Thank you to all the parent volunteers. We cannot serve without your help!
We ask EVERYONE to participate and work hard to help us reach our goal! To date, we have raised a little over $43,000 so we have a LONG way to go to reach our $70,000 goal. Money raised during Serve-A-Thon is essential in helping us pay teacher salaries, purchase curriculum and fund student activities.
Don’t forget, the deadline for donations to count for team prizes is Tuesday, October 31. There is still time to change the rankings so your class wins a prize on U DID IT DAY (November 2)!

Lunch and Recess Help Needed

While you help, you can eat lunch with your child, see them interact at recess and get to know fellow parents and your child’s classmates. We are in need of regular volunteers to help one day a week or every other week. Your help gives our teachers a little break in the middle of their day to enjoy their lunch. To help with lunch please sign up on ParentSquare.
