All School Christmas Program and Grandparents' Day is Friday, December 16
Family and friends are invited to join our K-8 students for the Christmas program on December 16 at 8:45 a.m. in the Worship Center. Grandparents will be recognized during the assembly! Please take note of important details below:
- Worship Center doors open at 8:15 a.m.
- After the program, grandparents are invited to the Atrium for coffee and music by our instrumental music students and then a visit to their grandchildren’s classroom(s).
- New this year: Information about Grandparents’ Day, including the invitation link to email to grandparents is on the website. RSVP here by December 14. Please contact the school office if you have questions.
- The purpose of Grandparents’ Day is for grandparents and other special adult visitors to observe and interact in classrooms. Due to limited classroom space on this day, we ask that ICS siblings refrain from visiting other classrooms. Parents and grandparents are welcome to pick up their child(ren) from classrooms when ready to depart.
- Questions? Below are some of the commonly asked questions and answers.
May parents and siblings attend the Christmas program? Yes! Everyone is invited.
Are parents able to visit the classrooms with the grandparents? We request that only grandparents or special guests visit the classrooms because space is limited. If grandparents need special assistance, please contact Kim Akers in the school office to let her know that a parent will be accompanying the guest.
Do my guests need to RSVP? Yes, we would love to know about how many guests to expect. The RSVP can be completed online through the ICS website by December 14.
May I help? Certainly! Lots of help is needed. A sign up through ParentSquare will be coming your way soon.
